In this video you will learn 4 easy ways to cook #chicken wings. Depending on your preference these go great as an appetizer or just an accompaniment with your evening drinks. Asian style Chicken Wings Ingredients: Chicken wings – 250 g Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp Spring onions - 4 pcs Soya sauce – 1 tbsp Garlic – 4 cloves Ginger – 10 g Green chillies – 2 – 3 pcs Dried red chillies – 4 pcs Chopped coriander – ¼ bunch Salt and pepper – to taste Vegetable oil – 50 ml Method : 1. Season the chicken wings with salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, 1 tbsp oil and mix in well. Keep aside for atleast 20 mins 2. Grease a hot pan with oil, sear the chicken wings on both sides 3. Pour the leftover marinade over the wings and finish cooking in an oven @180 C for 10 – 12 mins 4. Heat the remaining oil in a pan 5. Add the chopped spring onion whites, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped red chillies, chopped green chillies and sautee for 2 – 3 mins 6. Add the chopped spring onion green and coriander 7. Season with salt and pepper and mix it up 8. Pour the mixture over the wings and serve hot. Chilli, Lime and Garlic Chicken Wings Ingredients: Chicken wings – 250 g Chopped coriander – ¼ bunch Garlic – 3 to 4 cloves Green chillies – 3 to 4 pcs Olive oil – 2 tbsp Limes - 1 pc Butter – 1 tbsp Method : 1. For the marinade combine the chopped coriander, green chillies, garlic, lime juice of 1 lime and olive oil. Then blend to a coarse paste 2. Season the chicken with salt, pepper and the marinade. Mix it in well and keep aside for atleast 30 mins 3. Grease a hot pan and sear the chicken wings on both sides 4. Add the butter to the pan then cover and cook on low heat for 7 – 8 mins 5. Serve hot Delz Special Spicy Chicken Wings Ingredients : Chicken wings – 250 g Dhana jeera powder – 1 tbsp Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp Yoghurt/Dahi – 1 tbsp Garlic – 4 to 5 cloves Chopped coriander -1/4 bunch Lime – 1 pc Chilli sauce – 60 ml Eggs – 1 pc Flour – 150 g Salt and pepper – to season Vegetable oil – to fry Method : 1. Season the chicken wings with salt, pepper, red chilli powder, dhana jeera powder, 1 tbsp oil and mix it in 2. Add the yoghurt and mix it in keep aside for atleast 30 mins 3. In a separate bowl combine egg yolk, chopped coriander, chopped garlic, chilli sauce, lime juice. Whisk together and keep aside. 4. Season the flour with salt, pepper, and chilli powder 5. Coat the chicken wings with flour and deep fry in hot oil for 5 – 7 minutes 6. Method : 1. Season the chicken wings with salt, spice rub and 1 tbsp oil and mix it in. Leave aside for atleast 30 mins 2. Grease a hot pan with oil and sear the wings on both sides 3. Brush the wings generously with the BBQ sauce 4. Finish cooking in the oven @180 C for 10 mins 5.
