Link to my video on how to make Palm Sugar Syrup 👉🏻 I’m using Gluay Nam Wa or Saba banana in English or Pisang Awak in Malay ( Scientific name: Musa acuminata × balbisiana ) __________________ Recipe : Banana - 15 pieces Making the Coconut cream sauce Coconut cream - 230 ml Sugar -1 tbsp Salt - half a teaspoon Palm sugar - 3 tbsp Pandan - 1 leaf *put everything into the stove before turning on the stove. *stir until it has dissolved on a really low heat. Don’t stop stirring. *let it thicken to 90%. How To - Cook the banana whole in the oven for 20 minutes at 200c. Flip them after 20 minutes. Cook for another 10 minutes at 200c. When done, gently smash them with a cleaver. Drench them with the coconut sauce.
