Potato / Aloo - 1 Peeled and grated 2. Spring Onion / Hare Pyaz - 1 Cup finely chopped 3. Beetroot / Chukandar - 1/2 Cup peeled and grated 4. Carrot / Gajar - 1 Grated 5. Carom Seeds / Ajwain - 1/2 tsp 6. Fennel Seeds / Saunf - 1 tsp 7. Sesame Seeds / Til - 2 tsp 8. Ginger / Adrak - 1 Inch grated 9. Green Chilli / Hari Mirchi - 1 to 2 Finely chopped 10. Coriander Leaves / Hara Dhaniya - A handful + For garnishing 11. Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirch Powder - 1 tsp 12. Coriander Powder / Dhaniya Powder - 1 tsp 13. Salt - As per taste 14. All Spice Mix Powder / Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp 15. Turmeric Powder / Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp 16. Gram Flour / Besan - 2 tbsp 17. Rice Flour / Chawal Ka Aata - 1 tbsp 18. Oil - For frying Instructions: 1. Take grated potato in a mixing bowl. Add spring onion, beetroot, carrot, carom seeds, fennel seeds, sesame seeds, ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, all spice mix powder, and turmeric powder. Mix well. 2. Now add besan and rice flour. Mix well. Add 1 tbsp of hot oil and mix well. 3. Take a small ball-sized portion of the mixture. Press it with your hands and prepare a flattened pakoda. Likewise, prepare all the pakoda. 4. Meanwhile, heat oil in a fry pan for frying. Place prepared pakoda into the hot oil. Fry them on medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes. Then flip them. 5. Fry them until they become crispy and golden brown from both sides. Then, take them out on a serving plate using a slotted spoon. Garnish it with coriander leaves. 6.
