You’ll start with 30 minutes on the bike, riding to the beat with gear-driven pushes, climbs, speed work, and intentional core engagement. Then, we transition off the bike for a core-focused Tabata finisher that targets your abs and obliques when they’re already fired up — exactly where real progress happens. This split format is intentional: 🚴♀️ On-bike cardio to elevate heart rate 🔥 Off-bike HIIT to challenge stability, strength, and control 💥 Core-first programming to support stronger, safer riding Expect: -Rhythm-based cycling (no screens required) -Gear + speed intervals that challenge without overwhelm -A Tabata-style core finisher using dumbbells or bodyweight -Coaching cues that prioritize form, breath, and mind–muscle connection This workout is part of a new weekly hybrid series, designed to complement your cycling routine and build a stronger, more balanced body. This is how you own every pedal stroke and protect your knees. 1 — Barely there. Easy spinning, just warming up. 2 — Light resistance. Still smooth, but you’re starting to feel it. 3 — Easy cruising pace. Low effort, but engaged. 4 — Moderate light resistance. You’re working, but comfortable. 5 — Steady and controlled. Medium-low resistance, getting stronger. 6 — Climbing steadily now. Moderate effort—you’re working. 7 — Mid-hill grind. Solid medium resistance, no coasting. 8 — Heavy resistance kicks in. Time to dig deep. 9 — This climb is tough. You’re pushing hard. 10 — Max resistance.
