This is a deeply personal Art Meditation / Art Therapy exercise. Using your art medium of choice, you will reflect on a specific chapter of your life and draw your emotions and experiences in a circle. Use colors and lines that represent what you went through and how you felt. You might discover a blend of positive and negative feelings, and it's likely there will be a few surprises waiting for you, too. Get to know yourself with creative expression :) P.S. In the example shown in this video, I reflect on my past year. You can do a longer or shorter time period - please make this your own!
