This all-levels vinyasa flow is designed to build strength in the legs while improving balance, stamina and focus. Through strong standing postures, controlled transitions and steady breath, you’ll fire up the quads, hamstrings, glutes and calves while cultivating endurance and stability. Because the sequence repeats continuously, you can: • Practise for 5 minutes as a quick strength boost • Repeat for 20–30 minutes as a full leg workout • Use it as a warm-up before a longer class • Add it into your weekly strength training routine This is accessible for beginners, yet strong enough for experienced practitioners who want to refine control and build lower body power.
