Ingredients & Method For pressure cooking turnip Turnip pieces-1 bowl Salt-1/4 tsp Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp Water-1/4 cup Wash,peel and cut turnip into medium pieces.Pressure cook with salt, turmeric powder and water for 3-4 whistles.Cool and mash boiled turnip pieces. For Prepping Suva(Dill) Leaves Separate dill leaves from their stalk,wash and chop them roughly and keep ready! For Making Sabzi Mustard oil-1 tbsp Cumin seeds-1 tsp Asafoetida powder-1/4 tsp Dry red chilli-2 Chopped garlic-1 tsp Chopped ginger-1 tsp Chopped green chillies-1 tsp Chopped onion-1/4 cup Chopped tomato-1/4 cup Salt to taste Dill leaves-1 cup Mashed boiled turnip-1 cup Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp Coriander powder-1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder-1 tbsp Jaggery-1 tsp Garam masala powder -1 tsp Water as needed Coriander leaves-a handful
