Try making this easy delicious Warm Chole Shimla Mirch Salad and enjoy! Ingredients & Method For pressure cooking chickpeas Soaked Chickpea-1/2 cup Water-2 cups Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp Salt-1/4 tsp Wash and soak chickpeas in water overnight.Drain and add to a pressure cooker.Add turmeric powder,salt,mix and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles.Drain water and keep boiled chickpeas ready. For Warm Salad Oil-1 tbsp Cumin seeds-1 tsp Chopped garlic-1 tbsp Sliced onion-1/2 cup Green,yellow,red capsicum-1/2 cup Salt to taste Black salt-1/2 tsp Chole masala-1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder-1 tbsp Boiled chick peas-1 cup Chaat masala-1 tsp Lemon juice-1 tsp Coriander leaves-a handful Heat oil,add cumin seeds, garlic,onion,red,green, yellow capsicum and saute till slightly soft.Add salt,black salt,chole masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix.Add boiled chick peas and mix.Cover and cook for 2 min.Put off flame,add chaat masala,lemon juice and coriander leaves.Mix and transfer to a serving bowl.
