Step 1: Place a circular resistance band around your feet and sit on your bum. 🍑 Step 2: Straighten out your knees so that your feet are in the air, like you’re at the top of a V-sit. Step 3: Have a partner post up behind you as the grab the other end of the bands. If this is too challenging, then try sitting on a yoga block for more support. 🙂 Step 4: From there, have your partner separate your legs (as far as you can comfortably go) until you feel some bearable tugging in your groin. Also, don’t forget to breeeathe throughout the stretch! 💨 For a bonus hamstring stretch, have your partner pull your legs back together with the band as you pull the band towards them.
