This gentle evening practice is designed to help you slow down, calm your nervous system, and prepare your body and mind for sleep. Using grounding awareness, soothing breath guidance, and a simple mantra, this guided relaxation supports the natural transition from the busyness of the day into rest. There is nothing to fix, analyze, or achieve an opportunity to settle, soften, and let the day be complete. This practice is especially helpful if you: • Have trouble falling asleep • Feel wired or overstimulated at night • Carry stress or tension into the evening • Experience nighttime anxiety or racing thoughts • Want a calm, non-effortful bedtime routine You’re welcome to listen while lying in bed, resting on the couch, or reclining comfortably. If you fall asleep during the practice, that’s perfectly okay. The intention is not to “do” the practice perfectly, but to create enough safety and stillness for rest to arise naturally. ✨ Mantra used in this practice: “I allow myself to slow down and be present.” This video can be returned to anytime you want to end the day with a clearer mind, a calmer body, and a gentler transition into sleep.
