We start with some gentle breathing in child pose to connect with the body, gradually moving into longer-held poses that target the hips, groin, and lower body. The practice ends with a calming shavasana and a moment of relaxation to fully release any remaining tension. This practice can be done without props, but if you like using them, they can make challenging poses more accessible. Props like blocks (or books) and a blanket for extra support are recommended.
