Put the egg yolk and granulated sugar in a bowl and mix until whitish. 2. Add salad oil and mix well to emulsify. 3. Add milk and mix. 4. Sift in the cake flour and matcha and mix until the powder disappears. 5. Put the egg whites in another bowl and whisk lightly with a hand mixer. 6. Add granulated sugar in 3 batches and mix well each time. 7. Lift the hand mixer and when the horns stand up and bow down, mix at low speed for about 1 minute to adjust the texture. 8. Add 1/3 of the meringue to the egg yolk dough and mix with a whipper until the whole is combined. 9. Lightly whip the remaining meringue to a uniform consistency. Put the batter from step 8 into the meringue bowl and scoop from the bottom to mix. 10. Pour the dough into the mold at once. After pouring, shake the mold to smooth the surface. 11. Bake in an oven preheated to 170°C for 30-35 minutes. 12. Leave the mold as it is, put it on a stable bottle, etc., and let it cool.
