Good morning! Start your day with mindful movement! This 10-minute gentle morning yoga practice is a great way to wake up in the morning or at any time of day. It’s a gentle, well-rounded class suitable for most students. Remember - 10 min of practice is better than nothing!! ;) Sometimes it can be challenging to keep up a daily home practice because we make it too complicated. Especially if you don't currently have much of a home practice - I'd like to encourage you to aim for just 10 or 15 minutes to start. In that case, you could use this practice when you want to be guided through a sequence. Oftentimes, folks want to do a little more once they're on the mat!
