Let’s see if it works or nott???😹💪🏻 and don’t forget to enjoy it with a comfy iced Americano🤎☕️ Lemon Pound Cake Recipe (ChatGPT version) First ingredients 125g butter 120g sugar (or better you can also use caster sugar) -Mix the butter and sugar until they are well combined and look fluffy, about 5 minutes, don’t mix for too long. -then add 2 whole eggs that are lightly beaten addthe eggs step by step~ Dry ingredients Lemon zest 150g all purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt -add the lemon zest and all the dry ingredients. -Sift the dry ingredients into the bowl -Gently fold the cake batter until everything is mixed well don’t mix too hard, or the cake can turn heavy~ -When the batter is smooth, add 1 tbsp lemon juice mix gently one more time, and the batter is ready~ —Finally, bake at 170°C for about 40–45 minutes.
