Fresh Pineapple turns Frozen Pineapple Margarita! An easy and fun update to the classic tequila cocktail at home. Spicy sweet rimmed glasses greet this frothy blend of pineapple, lime, and orange liquor. Tequila blanco takes the lead, but also experiment with some Mezcal for a more complex drink. Enjoy! For the rimmed glasses: 1 tablespoon Fresh lime juice 1 tablespoon Coarse Kosher salt 1 tablespoon Coarse raw sugar 1/4 teaspoon Ground Chipotle Pepper Squeeze the lime juice onto a small plate. On a seperate plate, combine salt, sugar, and chipotle pepper. Invert each cocktail glass, first in the lime juice, then in the second mixture. Set prepared glasses aside. For each cocktail: 2 ounces Tequila blanco 1 ounce Orange liqueur (such as Cointreau) 1 ounce Fresh lime juice 1 ounce of Agave or honey syrup Pinch of salt 1/2 cup Pineapple, chopped and frozen 1/2 cup Ice Additional fresh pineapple and lime wedges for garnish Measure and combine all cocktail ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and frothy. Pour into a rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with wedges pineapple and/or lime. Enjoy!
