In this video you will learn how to prepare this famous tapa: BOQUERONES EN VINAGRE. In practically all the bars in Spain you can taste them, but it's easier to prepare than you imagine, do you dare? BOQUERONES EN VINAGRE RECIPE Ingredients: 500 gr of anchovies 2 cloves garlic parsley 1 part vinegar / 1/2 parts water salt extra virgin olive oil Clean the anchovies and wash them very well with water. (Check video) Put them in a bowl with water and ice for a couple of hours. Rinse and put them in a Tupper and freeze them for 48 hours. Defrost and wash again. Place them in a container that we can close, skin side down. Add salt, and cover them with half a cup of water and a cup of vinegar (they have to be covered by the liquid). Cover with the lid and let them marinate in the fridge until the next day. The next day: drain them well and place them in a container. Chop 2 cloves of garlic and a little parsley and add it on top. Add a good amount of olive oil, and let it marinate in the fridge for at least a couple of hours. Put them on a plate, and add a little more chopped parsley and olives. Enjoy!
