Most people (including many doctors), don't understand why we snore. There is so much poor information about it that it is not surprising that there is a lot of confusion about the topic. I am going to try and explain the very basics of snoring so that you have a framework upon which to base what therapies might work for you. In particular I will try and explain the concept of turbulence in snoring treatment.
