Creamy Mocha Dream - A Delightful Chocolate/Mocha Combination For Sweet Valentine Celebrations!

Creamy Mocha Dream 1 cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup Hershey’s Cocoa 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder, optional 1 Tablespoon hot water 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk 2/3 cup plus 1/4 cup Chocolate syrup 2 cups (1pint) cold heavy whipping cream, whipped In a 9” x 9” pan, stir together the graham cracker crumbs, cocoa, and sugar. Add butter; blend well. Press the crumbs firmly onto the bottom of the pan; set aside. In a large bowl, dissolve coffee, if using, in hot water. Whisk to dissolve. Add sweetened condensed milk and 2/3 cup chocolate syrup. Blend well. Fold in the whipped cream. Pour into the prepared pan with the graham cracker crust. Drizzle 1/4 cup (or less) of chocolate syrup over the mixture, and using a skewer, knife or spatula, gently swirl on top to create a marbled effect. Cover and freeze for six hours or until firm.
