Now you can make it so much easier only with one cake layer. Ready in a short period of time! What do you need to make Medovik? The “special ingredient” in this cake is honey, which you probably already have on hand. So you might already have everything you need in your pantry and fridge for this bake. ~Butter - 150g ~Honey - 100g ~Sugar - 200g (150g for caramel mixture, 50g for egg mixture) ~Flour - 250g ~Baking soda - 1tsp ~Eggs - 2 eggs For the cream we will need ~Cheese cream - 500g OR Sour cream (if you preferer more sour taste) ~Icing sugar - 85g Cover the cake with crumbs. *Use a large baking sheet 40cm x 40cm *Preheat the oven to 180°C *Bake for 18 to 20 minutes *Place in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours Enjoy!
