Homemade Salted Cookies - Best Tea Time Snack Ever Ingredients for Salted Biscuits are: Butter [मक्खन] - 60 gms Sugar [चीनी] - 50 gms Black Sesame Seeds [काले तिल] - 1 tbsp Baking Soda [बेकिंग सोडा] - 1 tsp All-Purpose Flour [मैदा] - 136 gms Salt [नमक] - 1 tsp Milk [दूध] - 4-5 tbsp (add gradually as required) Steps for Salted Biscuits are: Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 150º C. Add butter, sugar powder, sesame seeds, and baking powder to a bowl. Mix them properly. Then add all-purpose flour and salt to it. Mix it. Add milk gradually to the mixture and make a dough. Dust all-purpose flour on a flat surface or rolling board. Flatten the dough with a rolling pin to make roti. Cut it into equal circles. Also, poke them with toothpicks. Remove the extra dough. Grease the baking tray. Place the circled dough over them and glaze it with oil. Also, sprinkle some more salt over them. Bake them at 150º C for 12 minutes. Salted biscuits are ready to eat.
