Simone Sterling, JD, PMP, CSM earned her Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law and a joint Bachelor of Arts in history and philosophy, politics and law (cum laude) from Binghamton University in just three years. Sterling began her career in the legal profession before transitioning into project management, where she holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM). She is currently employed at McDermott, Will & Schulte, where she collaborates with IT and Knowledge Management teams to implement innovative AI-powered solutions that enhance productivity for attorneys and business staff. Her previous experience spans financial services, where she served as vice president, senior program manager at Citibank, N.A., and worked in technology and operations risk and vendor management at Morgan Stanley. Sterling is an active Binghamton University alumni volunteer, participates in her firm’s affinity group leadership initiatives, and has served on nonprofit boards, including the Board of Directors for an animal shelter in Jersey City, where she currently resides. Outside of work, Sterling enjoys travel, music, movies and live concerts.
