ORIGINALLY STREAMED 5-13-2024 THIS IS A REPLAY WORKOUT Grab your dumbbells, stability ball, and Regina bands for this pyramid style workout We kick things off with a quick warm-up to activate the glutes and get the body ready to exercise Then we move into abandoned lower body series – five moves, no repeats – constant tension, and a killer burn. Next up? A challenging pyramid lunch to squat segment using heavy to lighter weights with the timing pattern of 30 seconds – 45 seconds – 60 seconds –45 seconds – 30 seconds you will feel yourself getting stronger with every second.. After that, we hit hamstrings and inner thighs, using the stability ball and don't worry, I give options if you don't have one Then we power through one more pyramid – this time with deadlifts to really fire up those glutes.
