Welcome to Part 2 of the “Folding Into Freedom” Yoga Flow Series, where we integrate everything explored in Part 1 and the accompanying tutorials into a complete, steady, and embodied practice. This yoga class is designed to help you apply the foundational work—preparatory poses, alignment awareness, and mindful folding—into a cohesive flow that supports freedom in the body, clarity in the mind, and spaciousness in the nervous system. If you haven’t yet, I recommend starting with Part 1 of the series and the short tutorials before practicing this class. Each piece was intentionally created to build upon the last, allowing your practice to unfold gradually rather than forcing a shape.
