In this video, I’m sharing something deeply personal — my experience growing up as an ACOA (adult child of an alcoholic). This isn’t easy to talk about, but I know how healing it can be to feel seen and understood. If you’ve ever grown up in a chaotic or unpredictable home, you might relate to the feelings of fear, confusion, or not being “enough.” I also share some of the long-lasting impacts many of us carry — like hypervigilance, people-pleasing, and struggles with self-worth — and how EFT tapping has helped me begin to gently heal and come home to myself.
