In this video I’m opening up about a deeply personal part of my story — losing my dad to alcoholism. Grieving a parent is never easy, but when addiction is part of the story, the emotions can feel messy, complicated, and hard to untangle. My dad died in 2001, and even all these years later, the grief still comes in waves. In this video, I share what it was like to lose him, the emotions I struggled with — sadness, anger, guilt — and how EFT tapping has gently helped me begin to process it all. If you're an adult child of an alcoholic or someone grieving a complicated loss, I hope this brings you comfort and helps you feel less alone 💛 There’s no shame in your grief. Your story matters, and your feelings are valid. Sending love and a gentle hug your way. 🙏 Thank you so much for tapping with me.
