Be sure to try this simple yet beautiful, cheezy and tasty recipe for Starbread- Soooo Good! THE RECIPE: Broccoli Cheez Star Bread Recipe Serves 8 Two pizza doughs from store or make your own 5 tbsp Olive oil 6-8 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups very finely chopped broccoli florets 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/4 cup Ricotta cheese (Homemade or Kite Hill) 1/2 cup Miyokos or your favorite vegan Mozzarella ½ cup Violife Parmesan, shredded 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes or to taste 1 tsp Basil 2 additional Tbsp grated parmesan Marinara Sauce for dipping Preheat oven to 400. Rollout 2 pizza doughs into two round pizza size circles on two pieces of parchment paper for easy handling. Mix olive and garlic in a small bowl. Chop the broccoli very finely and add to a medium size bowl. To the broccoli, add 2 tbsp of the olive oil and garlic mixture and the salt, & pepper; mix thoroughly. Place one of the pizza doughs on baking stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush bottom pizza dough with 2 Tbsp of the olive oil and garlic mixture. Spread the ricotta cheese on the dough and then add the broccoli mixture over the ricotta. Evenly spread the Mozzarella and Parmesan. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes and Basil. Carefully place the second pizza dough on top and brush the top with the remaining olive oil and garlic mixture. Sprinkle the 2 additional Tbsp of Parmesan evenly over the top crust. Place a 3’ round object lightly in the center of the dough to use as a guide when cutting. Make the first 4 cuts at 12 o’clock, 3 o’clock, 6 o’clock, and 9 o’clock. Then cut each quarter in half and then each half in half until you have 16 slices. Make sure you don’t cut into the area where your round place saver is in the center. Take two adjoining pieces and carefully twist them 4 or 5 turns in opposite directions. Pinch the ends together and continue with the rest until you have 8 star points. Place in preheated 400 degrees oven for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping. ENJOY! ~ #veganboomerbabe #plantbased #vegan #Violife #Miyokos #babyboomer
