Today we take a little trip to the small town of Pechina in Almería, Spain 🇪🇸 to check out a supermarket we don’t usually visit — Eroski. We were originally planning to film another project with the drone, but the strong winds had other ideas, so we decided to do a bit of exploring instead. Is Eroski cheaper than Mercadona? That’s the big question. We wander through the aisles comparing prices on wine, beer, crisps, sauces, olive oil, frozen food and everyday groceries to see if it’s worth the 8 km drive from our usual shop. After the supermarket visit we also take a quick walk around Pechina, a quiet little pueblo in the Bajo Andarax region, where we spot the local church, talk about the area’s history, and share a few interesting facts about the region and its municipalities.
