True story weekdays can be chaotic. Between juggling a toddler, an infant, and a 9–5, cooking needs to be quick, realistic, and stress-free. Grocery shopping wasn’t even done yet, so I pulled together a few pantry staples and made this Jamaican-inspired ground turkey and broccoli. Seasoned with Spice Jamaica Garlic & Herb Blend and 876 Red Seasoning, this one-pan meal is high protein, low carb, and full of flavor without a long ingredient list. The broccoli stays vibrant, mushrooms are optional for extra texture, and a splash of soy sauce with agave brings everything together perfectly. This is the kind of meal I create for people like me busy, tired, and still wanting something good on the table. 👉 If you enjoy simple pantry meals with bold flavor, like, comment, and subscribe for more easy weeknight ideas.
