The air was chilly, the mist was rolling in, and I had to warm myself from the inside out — so this flow became a blend of energizing movements, gentle strength work, and deep, steady breathing. We'll wake up the whole body — core, legs, arms — through smooth transitions, active stretches, and simple strength-building shapes. It's accessible for all levels and perfect for any time of the day when you need warmth, focus, and a little boost of energy. This 30-day yoga challenge is a space to build strength, consistency, and presence — through movement, breath, and mindful practice.
