If your mornings tend to start in a rush—mind racing, body tense, already feeling behind—this 10-minute guided meditation is a clean reset. We’ll slow the breath, settle the nervous system, and help you choose one calm, doable focus before the day starts pulling you in every direction. In today’s practice, you’ll work with: • grounding into breath and body first thing in the morning • interrupting the “rush reflex” and starting clean • choosing one priority that matters (instead of carrying the whole list) • a simple phrase to set the tone: “Start here.” This is a great meditation to do before checking your phone, before work, or anytime you want a calmer baseline for the day.
