❤️ Welcome to Day 15 of 30 Days of Meditation with Flavas of Chill. ❤️ I’m Lynn Garrett, and today we’re practicing a Stress Reset. Stress stacks—one pressure on top of another—until your body forgets it can soften. This 10-minute guided meditation is designed to help you downshift quickly, loosen the tight places (jaw, shoulders, chest, belly), and come back to a steadier baseline without needing to solve everything first. In today’s practice, you’ll work with: • using the breath as a “brake pedal” for the nervous system • releasing tension that builds up during busy or stressful days • returning to the body when your mind gets loud • choosing one calmer next step instead of reacting from pressure This is a great meditation to use after work, before bed, between meetings, or anytime you feel your stress rising and you want a clean reset in just 10 minutes.
