No sugar, no flour — perfect for breakfast or a snack 🌿🍰 I hope you enjoy baking with me and stay till the end of the video ❤️ Please support my channel with Subscribe, Like & Comment Your love means everything to me 🙏🩷 Ingredients:- Rolled oats – 150g 🌾 Grated carrot – 200g 🥕 Apple – 1 (grated) 🍎 Orange zest – 1 tbsp 🍊 Banana – 1 (mashed) 🍌 Eggs – 2 🥚 Stevia – 1 tbsp 🍯 Coconut oil – 2 tbsp 🥥 Peanuts – 20g (chopped) 🥜 Cinnamon powder – 1/2 tsp 🌿 Pinch of salt 🧂 Baking powder – 1 tsp 🧁 Cheese Layer:- Ricotta cheese – 250g 🧀 Greek yogurt – 100g 🥣 Stevia – 1 tbsp 🍯 Orange juice – 1 tbsp 🍊 Topping:- Peanuts – 30g 🥜 Method :- Add oats into a bowl 🌾 Grate carrots and add them 🥕 Grate apple and mix well 🍎 Add orange zest and mix everything together 🍊 In another bowl, mix ricotta cheese, yogurt, stevia, and orange juice 🥣 Mash banana and add to the bowl 🍌 Crack eggs into another bowl and mix 🥚 Add salt, cinnamon, stevia, and coconut oil, and mix well 🥥 Combine egg mixture with oats mixture and mix 🫶 Chop peanuts and keep some for topping 🥜 Add remaining peanuts and baking powder into the mixture and mix 🧁 Divide mixture into two parts ➗ Spread bigger part into baking tray and press well 🧂 Add cheese cream layer on top 🧀 Add remaining oats mixture and spread evenly 🌾 Add peanuts on top for topping 🥜 Bake at 180°C for 55–60 minutes (until golden) 🔥 Let it cool, cut, and enjoy ❤️ #HealthyCake #OatsCake #CarrotCake #NoFlourCake #NoSugarCake #BananaCake #GreekYogurtCake #RicottaCake #HealthyBreakfast #DietFriendly #LowCalories #HighProteinCake #HomemadeCake #HealthySnacks #easyhealthyplates
