《見習機師培訓課程》為期約14個月，旨在培育本地新一代民航機師。學員會先於香港國際航空學院接受約6個月地面理論課程。通過考試後，會到美國加州或內地成都，展開約 8 至10個月的飛行訓練，當中包括飛行模擬器、單引擎和雙引擎飛機的操作訓練，之後回港再作約兩星期的多機組成員協作(Multi-Crew Cooperation) 課程。完成整個課程的學員，將獲發香港商用（飛機）飛行員執照，可以投考自己心儀的本地航空公司，開展翱翔之路。 課程資料: https://bit.ly/3wJjn9S The 14-month Cadet Pilot Programme aims to nurture a new generation of local commercial pilots. Students will first take approximately 6 months of Theoretical Knowledge Instruction (TKI) at HKIAA. After passing the exams, they will head to either California in the United States or Chengdu in Mainland China for about 8-10 months of Flying Training, including Flight Training Device, training on both single and twin-engine aircraft. Afterwards, students will then return to Hong Kong for a two-week Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC) Course to complete the final phase of the integrated programme. Graduates who successfully complete the programme will be awarded a Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL), enabling them to apply to their preferred airlines to start their aviation careers.
