This is one of my top 5 Art Meditations to-date! Creating the monarch butterfly patterns with neurographic lines was SOOOO satisfying...both while in the process and after (the visual effect is striking - very pleasing to my eyeballs). This is a beginner-friendly; NO artistic talent or experience required! If you can make flowy lines or scribbles and color in shapes, you can do this! Your lines don't have to be perfect. And you can use your preferred medium for the coloring portion (crayons, colored pencils, and markers will work well). If you don't have a circle punch, try cutting circles with scissors OR just tear your paper up into random shapes. I keep my circles all mixed together in a box, so I can revisit the arranging part of the process time and time again. For a creative & meditative session of calm, I often sit down with my circles to arrange them in different layouts. You can check out my Amazon Storefront for my favorite supplies (your local art stores should have these, so check there, too!): https://www.amazon.com/shop/createmed...
