REVERSE SEAR TRI TIP STEAK | Smoked Tri Tip on the Pit Boss Navigator | How to cook Tri Tip

In this video I reverse sear a Tri Tip steak. The total cook time was about an hour, keep in mind this will vary depending on size of tri tip and desired doneness. I used the Pit Boss Navigator for this cook but the same process can be done on whatever you have. Tri Tip can be tough if not sliced properly, be sure to slice against the grain for a tender steak.
