Squatting felt super natural and generally good on my body. The scapular stability was a little tougher because I have worked so much on my left side that my right side patterning is a little off by comparison. Overall it felt good to get it done and I was surprised it did not feel worse considering I have not done my scapular letters in a while. Overall good workout to do prior ot some higher intensity testing.
