The tops are decorated with white sugar crystals for a sparkle and a candied flower petal to represent their flavors. Each candy center is created with a highly concentrated oil flavoring and oil based coloring from colour mill. Colour mill colors can be used in any product that contains oils or fats, such as chocolate/candy coating, buttercream, candy centers, cake batters, and cookie doughs.
