I LOVED this workout!!! Dare I even say it ranks pretty high on the list of my favorite workouts we've done! In 30 minutes we work through a series of 8 combos, each combo consists of a strengthening exercise, a cardio exercise, and an ab/core exercise. Because this is a no-repeat style workout and we have so much happening, the workout flies by! You will be feeling strong and sweaty before you know it! This workout does include some cardio plyometric training, but when this comes up, I will also have a low-impact modification making this easy on the joints! 30 MINUTE FULL BODY STRENGTH + CARDIO + ABS WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISES EQUIPMENT NEEDED DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 15lbs to 25lbs / 7 - 11kg Select a moderately heavy dumbbell weight for yourself! We only work each exercise once, so make it count!
