I'll show you how to prepare 10 healthy, balanced and super tasty meals for the whole week! 🥗🔥 In this video you will find a complete meal prep, with easy, quick recipes and designed for those who want to eat well even with little time. 🍴 Basic meal prep preparations: 1️⃣ Quinoa (absorption cooking) 👉 1 part washed quinoa + 1.5 water – cook 12 min with lid 2️⃣ Farro 👉 Cook according to the instructions on the package 3️⃣ Cous cous 👉 Half a glass of cous cous + half a glass of boiling water – cover and leave for 10 min 4️⃣ Pan-fried courgettes with curry 👉 4 courgettes + 1 tbsp curry + 1 tsp ground ginger 5️⃣ Lentil and spinach dahl 👉 1 leek, curry, ginger, cumin + tomato, red lentils, coconut milk, water, spinach 6️⃣ Hummus with asparagus 👉 Pre-cooked chickpeas + cooked asparagus + tahini + lemon + oil + water + salt 7️⃣ Dips 👉 Raw vegetables to dip as desired 8️⃣ Air fryer vegetables 👉 180°C x 12 min with paprika and extra virgin olive oil 9️⃣ Ricotta and spinach omelette 👉 3 eggs + 2 egg whites + 80g ricotta + spinach – baked 190°C x 25 min 🔟 Yogurt sauce 👉 Greek yogurt (or soy) + tahini + soy sauce + lemon + water 1️⃣1️⃣ Marinated tofu 👉 Tofu + teriyaki sauce (or soy) + extra virgin olive oil + ginger – grilled in a pan 🥗 10 Dish Ideas Balanced: 1️⃣ Farro, curry courgette and feta bowl 2️⃣ Quinoa bowl, fryer vegetables, marinated tofu and yogurt sauce 3️⃣ Cous cous, salmon, fryer courgettes and yogurt sauce 4️⃣ Hummus with crunchy dip 5️⃣ Quinoa, baked omelette and asparagus hummus 6️⃣ Farro with spiced dahl 7️⃣ Cous cous with grilled tofu, baked vegetables and yogurt sauce 8️⃣ Salad with omelette and hummus 9️⃣ Quinoa bowl, dahl, yogurt sauce 🔟 Farro with hummus, curry courgettes and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil 🎥 Watch the video and save your favorite combination!
