This follow-along Spine & Hip mobility class is guided by Felipe and designed to help you move with more freedom, control, and awareness. If your body feels tight, stiff, or restricted — especially around the hips or spine — this class will help you gently open space, build strength through range, and reconnect with natural movement patterns. What you’ll get from this class: • Improve hip and spine mobility • Reduce stiffness and tension • Build strength through controlled movement • Support better posture and coordination • Feel more comfortable and connected in your body This is not about forcing flexibility — it’s about learning how to move well. When to do this class: You can use this session: • First thing in the morning to wake up the body • As a warm-up before training • As a reset during the day • In the evening or before bed to unwind Move at your own pace and take breaks whenever needed. Class structure: • 6 specific movements focused on the hips and spine • Each movement is practiced with control and intention • We repeat the sequence for 2 rounds to reinforce learning • Follow-along, minimal talking, fully guided The goal is not speed or intensity — it’s quality of movement. Who this class is for: • Beginners and experienced movers • People who sit a lot or train regularly • Anyone wanting to move better and feel better No equipment needed — just space to move.
