Mix all dry ingredients together 2. Stir in 150ml of warm water 3. Empty dough out onto a clean surface and knead for 5-10 minutes (if to sticky add a little water) 4. Place on a baking tray and flatten out by hand 5. spread 2 tbsp. of passata on dough then add toppings of your choice. 6. Bake in oven on 180c for 15-20 (or until edges go brown) Enjoy!
