2 Drunk Girls BOTH Arrested for OVI After Catfight in the Road

Around 2:24 AM on March 2, 2024, Patrolmen James Koretsky, Michael Corbets, and Thomas Kazimer, along with Sergeant Alexander Leimeister with the Solon Police Department were dispatched Hamilton Court on a report of a dispute involving 2 female drivers. They arrived on scene and noticed that a silver Jeep Wrangler and white Volkswagen Tiguan were parked outside. Sergeant Leimeister first made contact with the occupant of the Jeep Wrangler, and she was identified as 19-year-old Amiria Sparks. Patrolman Corbets later made contact with the driver of the Volkswagen Tiguan, and she was identified as 20-year-old Ananda Frazier. Both women told the officers that they were all friends, and that they were coming from a party earlier that evening. Since both of them displayed indicators of impairment, they were each asked to exit the vehicle and perform field sobriety exercises. Patrolman Koretsky administered the field sobriety exercises for Amiria. Patrolman Kazimer administered the field sobriety exercises for Ananda. Both women performed poorly on the field sobriety exercises, and they were placed under arrest for Operating a Vehicle Impaired (OVI). Ananda’s passenger, 19-year-old Rhaniyah Arthur, was passed out in the passenger seat and she had vomited all over herself, so she was transported to Ahuja Medical Center for further treatment. Both Amiria and Ananda were transported in separate vehicles to the Solon Police Department for further processing. At the station, the BMV 2255 form was read to each individual, and they both agreed to submit breath samples. Amiria’s breath test results indicated a BAC level of 0.175%. Ananda was unable to provide adequate breath samples, so she submitted a urine sample instead. The urine test results would later indicate that her BAC level of 0.218%, and her urine also tested positive for THC metabolite that was greater than 200ng/mL. Amiria was charged with the following: -OVI Under 21 years of age (ORC 4511.19B3) -OVI Over 0.17 BAC (ORC 4511.19A1H) -Consuming alcohol underage (ORC 4301.69E) Ananda was charged with the following: -OVI (ORC 4511.19A1A) Rhaniyah was also issued a citation for Disorderly Conduct – creating a risk of physical harm (ORC 2917.11B2) because of her state of intoxication. ------------------------------------------------ Please LIKE, SUBSCRIBE, and consider supporting this channel (email us for more information).
