This is a lovely lo/no-impact yoga sequence to really stretch out and open up the body. It will help ease tension, relax the muscles and calm the mind. Whether you've been overdoing it at the gym, or feel crunched up after too long at your desk, or are just feeling anxious and tense, this practice will help you feel like a whole new you! Featuring side stretches, back stretches, arm and leg stretches and some focused breathwork, as well as a lovely savasana at the end of the practice.
