This is a lovely gentle practice to help ease out tension across the shoulders, upper back and neck. It helps relieve muscle tightness whilst at the same time being great for calming the mind and alleviating stress and anxiety. It features breathwork, thread the needle pose, some meditation and lots of different stretches. I do hope you enjoy this practice - let me know how you get on!
