It is a personal life record — a timeline of how recursive self-narrative gradually weakened over more than a decade. There was no deliberate attempt to transcend the self. No religious conversion. No dramatic awakening. Instead, the shift emerged as a byproduct of: Long hours of monotonous driving (over 2000 hours) A gradual loss of interest in identity-seeking Cold exposure and one-meal-a-day routines Postural adjustments and long periods of non-doing More than 1000 hours of sitting in stillness (not as a goal, but as circumstance) Over time, rumination decreased. Future-based anxiety stopped generating. Emotions became brief and clean. Drives lost centrality but did not disappear. Eventually, what remained was simply… ordinary life. Quieter. Milder. Clearer. There is no method being proposed here. No claim that this applies to anyone else.
