This week, I decided to do a workout all on the upper abs. We are doing 2 different circuits that are repeated twice and each circuit contains 3 exercises. The workout lasts for 8 minutes in total, so you can do it on its own or add it to the end of a workout! The upper ab exercises are: Sit Ups Frog Crunches Leg Tap Crunch Crossed Arm Crunches Single Plank Pike Superman Crunch BONUS There is one final exercise at the end for a bonus round ;) These do burn so I hope you enjoy.
