Two South Carolina Nurses have been criminally charged with Neglect of an Older Adult for failing to change two patients dressing changes which resulted in worsening wounds. here's what we know about the charges, and some ways YOU can avoid being criminally charged as a nurse. One of the more shocking aspects of this situation is that the Skilled Nursing Facility, Magnolia Manor, was the one to report the nurses for "willfully neglecting" the patients and causing harm.
