Join this channel to get access to perks: / @thejennifermadison This past week, I got back on track with my weight loss and healthy habits by focusing on 30 minutes of daily exercise, prioritizing my water intake (1 gallon of water per day), eating most of my meals at home, and reading more. I found a better work-life balance and was able to spend more quality time with my husband and Hank. I am once again at 167.4 pounds, a 50-pound weight loss from my highest weight last summer. As I continue to push towards a healthier lifestyle, I know I can push past this weight to a lower number! This week, I remain focused on reinforcing my strong habits. I am continuing to aim for 30 minutes of daily movement, 1 gallon of water a day, eating most meals at home, and reading. Thank you so much for watching this video.
