This 10 minute intermediate rebounder workout is a continuous, no-rest flow designed to challenge your cardio, coordination, rhythm, and control — without making the workout unnecessarily long or complicated. This session is best for those who already feel comfortable on a rebounder and want a workout that: • Elevates heart rate • Improves coordination and agility • Builds rhythm and flow • Challenges balance under fatigue • Feels athletic without being chaotic There are no breaks in this workout — just smooth transitions from one movement to the next. You’re encouraged to move at your own pace, modify when needed, and prioritize control over speed. ⚠️ IMPORTANT This is an INTERMEDIATE-LEVEL workout. If you’re brand new to rebounding or still building confidence, I recommend starting with one of my gentle or beginner rebounder workouts before trying this session.
