Blend ladyfingers, instant coffee, and cocoa powder into fine crumbs. 2. Mix mascarpone and condensed milk until smooth. 3. Add crumbs and combine into a soft mixture. 4. Stir in coffee liqueur (optional) and chill 30 minutes. 5. Scoop and roll into balls. 6. Coat with cocoa powder. 7. Whisk mousse ingredients until smooth and creamy.
